We are Bari and Carolyn Courts, and as the new owners, we are excited about helping you with your storeage needs. Many of you have come to know the previous owner, James Oetzel, and we are delighted to let you know James will still be near to us all as he has decided to stay on site and live in the apartment behind the office.

You will notice some improvments to the facility. The following improvements have been completed:

* A new security lift gate with keypad entry.
* 24 hour a day security system with infra-red cameras.
* Completion of the fence on the right side of the facility.
* Payment options to be expanded to include credit cards and Paypal.
* Online payment availability via our web site.

As far as our current customers, you should see little change in how we handle business. As we make improvments, we will try to keep you informed with an email on the changes.
